Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our members and providers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Effectively communicating with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed
• Providing extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
• Helping customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
• Assisting in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
• Managing your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
• Accurately documenting information exchanged during each call
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field
• Be available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
• Possess clear written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills
• Show exceptional attention-to-detail
