About the Role:

As a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support via phone and SMS. Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Phone Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service via phone and SMS, responding to inbound calls and making outbound appointment setting calls
• Identifying and resolving caller needs, providing information and solutions with a positive and energetic attitude
• Maintaining accurate database records and managing SMS communications
• Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and key performance metrics

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to type 40 wpm+ and work on a computer for extended hours
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
• Professional and friendly attitude, with ability to quickly develop rapport with customers
• Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
