Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with clients and customers to provide exceptional support and guidance. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales and service environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and customers
  • Proven track record of success in a customer service and sales environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate online systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with American Express products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
