Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a calm and patient demeanor. You'll work closely with our team to identify solutions, navigate multiple systems and tools, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
