Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service and solutions to guests through inbound calls, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilizing leading technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve guest experiences.
• Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn.
• Staying up-to-date on careerzynith products and services to provide accurate and informed support to guests.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!).
• A hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications.
