Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Fraud Disputes and Merchant Disputes, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to careerzynith clients, resolving complex issues related to fraud disputes and merchant disputes, and promoting a positive customer experience. This is an exciting remote opportunity with an immediate start, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate branch resources, including financial documents and securities in national and foreign currency

  • Assist Tellers with day-to-day banking activities to ensure processes are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Control and manage cash, valuated forms, and means of access
  • Supervise and ensure that proper banking protocols are completed
  • Reconcile teller transactions against branch accounting
  • Perform banking administrative tasks and follow-ups, as needed for the branch
  • Assist with the opening and management of customer accounts
  • Assist with window operations and funnel overflow to other channels
  • Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding careerzynith, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Essential Qualifications

* 2-4 years' relevant experience in customer service

  • Knowledge of regulations and operational processes of branch
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Banking accounting or basic accounting experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent

careerzynith offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Competitive salary range: $41,660.00 - $54,340.00
