Job Summary

We're offering a part-time, remote position with a competitive hourly wage of $18-$25 per hour, working under 4 hours a day. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery services, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing shipments, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Processing shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions and communications
  • Data entry and administrative tasks to support operations
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
  • Identifying and resolving issues as they arise, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
