Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, business partners, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior experience in a call center environment or customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in multiple computer applications, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
