The Role

As a Future Opportunity- Customer Support Advocate, you'll be a vital part of our Customer Support team, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Your primary goal will be to deliver solutions that exceed our customers' expectations, while also helping them adapt to new software and updates. You'll be a problem-solver, a communicator, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone support

  • Train and assist customers in adapting to new software and updates
  • Track and communicate issues/bugs to ensure seamless resolution
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement more efficient processes
  • Participate in special projects and duties as assigned

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new updates/changes
  • Highly competent/comfortable with technology and web-based software's
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences

Work Environment and Culture

* 100% remote team with occasional travel required (1-2 times per year)

  • 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month
  • Stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet
  • US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US (sponsorships not available at this time)

Hourly Pay Range:

$20-$25/hour
