Job Summary

We're seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join our team for the 2024/2025 tax season. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat. You'll work closely with our teams to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a competitive compensation package and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Providing accurate and relevant information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the customer support system
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer requirements are met

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using customer support software and systems
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace in your home (internet speed minimums of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download)
