Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide assistance to passengers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. This is a remote position that requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist passengers with booking, rebooking, and canceling flights.

Essential Qualifications
