Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for supporting the Hong Kong Purchasing Office in processing orders, managing data, and driving business insights. Your primary responsibilities will include: -

Order Management:

Plan orders, request amendments, and new merchant account arrangements with all the necessary import data. -

Weekly Schedules:

Accomplish weekly schedules for order completion and ensure timely delivery. -

Data Entry:

Pack data and guarantee established rules are complied with. -

Order Communication:

Convey orders consistently, and maintain the quality of results and practicality of work. -

Team Collaboration:

Team up with various interior groups to accumulate and enter information required to produce a PO. -

Issue Resolution:

Raise system issues to the fitting groups and circle back to proper groups when data required isn't given within a reasonable time period. -

Project Updates:

Regularly update all necessary groups as to project/task status and ensure all are completed in the necessary time period. -

Adaptability:

Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to help colleagues if necessary, for example, non-attendance of others from the office.

Work Requirements:

Administrative Experience:

At least 2 years of administrative experience -

New Graduates:

New graduates will be considered -

Language Skills:

Conversational English abilities; other languages or Chinese dialects an asset -

Software Skills:

Capable in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint -

Communication Skills:

Great relational skills and capacity to assemble both internal and external connections -

Problem-Solving:

Ready to work independently, tackle issues, suggest, and carry out solutions -

Personal Qualities:

Detailed, inquisitive, clear communicator, and shows drive
