Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist on our Sales Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with our team to gather data from various sources, research and verify external data sources, and design and implement data-driven solutions to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities

* Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and careerzynith data sets

• Research and verify external data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to meet business needs, including data visualization and reporting
• Support account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive revenue growth
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and drives
• Develop presentations with data-driven insights to inform business strategies

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data analytics, computer science)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
