Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced EIT Project Manager to support our healthcare clients in Chattanooga, TN. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality project results, managing multiple workstreams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project success. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

As an EIT Project Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing assigned tasks and deliverables to the highest quality standards and within prescribed timeframes
• Assisting with and tracking proposal/project activities and progress, including information gathering and preparing project documentation
• Maintaining project documentation and updating careerzynith tools
• Facilitating meeting setup, taking meeting minutes, and performing basic follow-up
• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to identify and solve opportunities
• Providing support in monitoring projects, identifying risks, and forming mitigation strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT) environment
• 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or IT environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): Clear, Concise, Accurate
• Experience working with Directors and VPs
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
• 5-10+ years of experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and demanding stakeholders
• 3-5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects, healthcare projects, vendor projects, and project budgets (labor & non-labor)
• Self-driven, highly organized, and confident, with a willingness to ask for help when needed
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, guides, standards, and put them into action
• Ability to lead without authority
