Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will provide solutions to help simplify our customers' health care experience, while also learning more about health care and expanding your own experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Provide solutions to help simplify customers' health care experience * Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Utilize knowledge of health care and pharmacy benefit plans to resolve customer issues and concerns * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
