What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, connecting directly with veterinary centers to process prescription orders, resolve client issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to veterinary facilities to process prescription orders and resolve client issues
  • Utilizing our internal software and systems to investigate solutions and record client notes
  • Maintaining a high level of quality through accurate data entry and order handling
  • Working with a high level of ownership, being a self-starter, and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Adapting to changing business needs and priorities
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Flexibility to move schedules and work longer hours as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion
  • Ability to pass a background check
