About the Job

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our AI-powered ChatGPT platform. You'll work closely with our business, product, and design teams to understand client needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convey an outstanding customer experience through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Create and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Develop and execute client success plans that set clear goals, identify potential challenges, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and timelines.
  • Systematize best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client interactions and feedback.
  • Collect and share client feedback with internal stakeholders, identifying common themes to inform product development and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with our outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales activities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success (or similar) role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations, preferably working with a technical product or service.
  • A strong track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
  • Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement in the product and with clients.
  • An humble attitude, a willingness to help others, and a desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
  • High energy, strong problem-solving skills, ability to switch between multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
