Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Southwest Airlines Learning and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights to support our education programs. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify business needs and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain advanced data analysis and visualization tools using Alteryx, Tableau, and other data analytics tools to support business insights and decision-making.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business needs and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate business insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to troubleshoot complex data issues and share expertise on data analytics tools and strategies.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Estimate the effort and cost of solutions and recommend alternatives to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Alteryx, Tableau, and other data analytics tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate business insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Ability to design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Strong understanding of company policies and expectations of SWA Culture.
• Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment.
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions.
• Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences.

Education

* High School Diploma or GED required.

• Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., business, data science, analytics) preferred.

Experience

* Advanced level experience in acquiring data using various tools, including SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets.

• Visualization and presentation experience.
• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic).
• Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations education and Advance Qualification Program (AQP).
