Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our data is up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be working from home with occasional on-site visits to our office.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that our data is up-to-date and accurate

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with our team to ensure that our data is accurate and reliable
• Maintain the integrity of our data, ensuring that it is secure and compliant with all relevant regulations
• Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our data entry processes are efficient and effective
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure that our systems are running smoothly

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data into our systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g. master's degree in computer science or information technology)

• 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as data analysis or business intelligence
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL, R, and/or Matlab
• Experience working in a cloud-based environment, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
