As a Data Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data, which is used extensively across our applications.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Lead to join our team and help us drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a Data Lead, you'll be responsible for defining, analyzing, and reporting on data quality metrics to meet business requirements. You'll work closely with product teams to develop and implement best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and reduce errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement data quality standards: Develop and maintain data quality metrics to ensure that our data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Collaborate with product teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations: Create data visualizations to help stakeholders understand data trends and insights.
• Lead data quality initiatives: Develop and implement processes to improve data quality, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders: Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on data quality and trends.
• Manage data-related projects: Oversee data-related projects, including data migration, data integration, and data quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data documentation: Create and maintain documentation on data quality standards, data visualizations, and data-related processes.

Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in data management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate data from multiple sources to analyze issues and develop solutions.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle and data administration concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Experience with SQL and data management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working with product teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
• Experience with data integration tools such as Informatica or Talend.
• Experience with data quality tools such as Trifacta or Talend.
• Experience working in a studio or entertainment industry environment.
