Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Assistant at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Chat Support: Engage with customers through online chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Blithequark product offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive and lasting impression. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, following established protocols.
  • Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality interactions. Prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and exceed performance metrics.
