Key Responsibilities

As an HTML Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data into our custom tracking platform
• Communicating with new and/or current advertising partners through Email and Instant Messenger
• Maintaining and updating internal advertiser spreadsheets
• Providing written and oral updates regarding campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions to the rest of the team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong understanding of online marketing principles and practices
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Experience with email and instant messaging platforms
• Strong computer skills, including typing and computer shortcuts

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary, paid vacations, floating holidays, comprehensive medical and dental plans, and a 401K plan with a 3% employer match. We also offer one week paid vacation to start, two weeks after two years, and three personal days for those days that you need a little R&R or have an appointment that cannot be scheduled outside of work hours.
