Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent/Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging customers through online chat to assist with inquiries and provide timely solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions
  • Documenting customer interactions and managing inquiries using CRM software
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
  • Monitoring chat cues and responding actively to incoming messages
  • Contributing to the development of FAQs and troubleshooting guides

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in customer service or live chat support roles

  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software
