Job Summary

As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through live chat and email channels. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, and your professionalism, expertise, and empathy will make all the difference in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients and customers.

Essential Qualifications
