The Role

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll be the face of careerzynith, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
• Handling outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system

Requirements
