We're seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to work on our overnight shift (11pm-7am) in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process.
  • Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Staying informed about the latest developments in lending practices and financial services.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support, as well as familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems, would be a significant advantage.

Working Conditions

This position requires:

  • Sitting and talking for extended periods.
  • Working on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM.
  • Remote work setup is necessary following the initial training period.
