Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional live chat support to customers via our clients' websites and social media accounts
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support agents
• Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

• Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and meet performance expectations
