Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers through phone and email to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner

  • Utilize careerzynith's software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on careerzynith's products, services, and policies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using software tools, such as CRM systems, email, and phone systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work a reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Experience working with software tools, such as CRM systems, email, and phone systems
  • Knowledge of careerzynith's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
