Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote, part-time Data Entry and Customer Service team. As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and managing data entry tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers by phone, email, or chat with inquiries, order issues, and general support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately inputting and updating customer data and order information into internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills (minimum of 40 words per minute).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
