Job Summary

As an Experienced Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy in core business information systems, specifically supporting store location data and B2B client account data. Your responsibilities will include executing requests to update store and client account information, investigating and resolving data issues, and providing exceptional client support. If you are meticulous, enthusiastic about data integrity, and possess excellent client service skills, we would love to have you join our team!

Key Responsibilities

* Execute requests to update store and client account information in core business information systems

  • Investigate and resolve data issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional client support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process concerns and develop new processes
  • Assist with projects and manage the process independently, including defining, creating, recording, and executing multiple connected tasks

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, computer science, information technology)

  • Working knowledge of social data sets and enterprise-wide system interfaces
  • Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and comply with time constraints
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
