Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to truckers and other clients who call in for emergency road service, tire service, and other related issues.
• Handle escalated issues from tire service centers, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
• Answer calls from customers who have broken down, working to locate a service provider in their area and providing timely solutions.
• Input relevant call information into our PC system, processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types as needed.
• Transfer calls to other departments or call centers if customers require further assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our system.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
• PC familiarity and proficient typing skills.
• The ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously.
• Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.
• A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
• The ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and employment verification.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• Previous experience working from home or in a remote call center environment.
• A history of providing exceptional customer service in a call center or related setting.
• Familiarity with customer service software and technologies.
