Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Work-From-Home Data Entry and Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing data entry tasks, and contributing to the growth and success of careerzynith. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support

  • Process data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer care and data entry
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote work environment

  • Data entry or administrative assistant experience
  • Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, or customer service
  • Sales and sales support experience
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
