We are looking for a Field Flow Cytometry Product Specialist for South-West Germany to join our sales team and make a visible impact in a dynamic, science-driven market. In this role, you will grow Beckman Coulter Life Sciences’ flow cytometry business in your assigned territory by building trusted customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and turning satisfied customers into long-term advocates. This is a home-based position with regular travel across (South-West) Germany (Karlsruhe, Saarbrücken, Koblenz, Mannheim), giving you the flexibility to work remotely while staying close to customers and market opportunities. What you will do: Grow the flow cytometry business by promoting hardware, consumables and software through customer visits, proactive outreach, enquiry management, product demonstrations, seminars and trade events. Partner with customers in diagnostic and research environments to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions together with colleagues from sales support, applications, marketing and service. Shape and execute account-level sales strategies and business plans while managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in diagnostic and research settings. Lead customer negotiations and deliver your sales targets within agreed commercial guidelines. What you bring: University degree in biological or biomedical sciences, or an equivalent qualification. Relevant sales experience, ideally in a scientific, diagnostic or life sciences environment. A people-oriented mindset with the confidence and enthusiasm to approach customers proactively, communicate clearly and build trusted relationships. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. A valid German driving license The willingness to travel regularly (3-4 days a week) within Germany including overnight stays when needed. A valid German work permit, if required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. A home-base in south-west Germany or willingness to relocate It would be a plus if you also have: Experience in direct sales of complex solutions, including capital equipment, into German diagnostic or research environments.
