We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer, ideally based in the North of England, to deliver expert support for our advanced medical systems. What you’ll do: Perform maintenance, installations, and system validations Diagnose and resolve complex technical and connectivity/network issues Manage your service territory and customer relationships Support integration of equipment within hospital IT environments What you bring: Ideally experience working on low temperature sterilisaton systems 3+ years’ experience in field service or technical engineering Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of networking (IP, connectivity, interfaces) Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently Why ASP?
