Fractional CMO / Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager - Cross-Border B2B Logistics - Contract to Hire

About Us: Vector Trade Office is an expanding 4PL consultancy and international trade management firm incorporated in Texas. We specialize in cross-border logistics, supply chain optimization, and strategic consultancy for enterprise-level clients trading between Mexico and the US. The Role: We are seeking a brilliant, data-driven Fractional CMO / Growth Marketing Manager to become the strategic architect of our B2B lead generation machine. You will own our marketing budget ($2,000/mo ad spend) and be fully responsible for media buying strategy, operational metrics (KPIs), and campaign performance. You will act as the "conductor of the orchestra," orchestrating our copywriters, web developers, and Senior SDR outbound team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Budget Allocation: Architect and execute the deployment of our paid media budget across LinkedIn Ads and Google Search to target C-suite logistics executives.
  • Marketing Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee our marketing tech stack (CRM integration, analytics tracking, attribution models).
  • Performance & KPI Accountability: Monitor and optimize core business metrics: CPL (Cost per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and conversion rates from cold outreach to booked calls.
  • Team Governance: Manage and align our external copywriter (Paul) and our Senior outbound SDR team to ensure consistent messaging and lead flow.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Fractional CMO or Senior Growth Manager in B2B corporate enterprise markets (Logistics, supply chain, or high-ticket SaaS is highly prioritized).
  • Masterful command of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and B2B CRM workflows (HubSpot/Monday.com).
  • Uncompromising focus on commercial outcomes over vanity metrics.
