Freelance LinkedIn / Social Media Manager Company: Parabellum Capital Type: Contract, ~10–15 hours/month, remote Rate: $85–125/hour, commensurate with experience About Parabellum Parabellum Capital is a leading commercial litigation finance firm. We provide capital to top law firms and corporations involved in high-stakes commercial disputes, and our team has financed cases that have generated billions in recoveries. We work with GCs at Fortune 500 companies, partners at Am Law 100 firms, and institutional allocators. The Role We are hiring a freelance social media manager to own our company LinkedIn page. Most of the work is reactive announcements: team members speaking at conferences, articles published, panel appearances, hires, and select deal news. The remainder is a steady cadence of thought leadership and industry commentary that builds credibility with our audience. This is not a high-volume role. Expect 6–10 posts per month. But the audience is narrow and sophisticated. Posts need to land with GCs, litigation partners, and capital allocators or they do not go up.

What You Will Do

• Draft and schedule 6–10 LinkedIn posts per month for the company page
• Source images and produce light graphics (Canva-level, not full design)
• Coordinate with our team to surface news worth posting
• Pitch content opportunities we would otherwise miss (industry news commentary, recurring series, conference coverage)
• Track engagement and deliver a brief monthly report on what worked, what did not, and what to adjust
• Occasionally support principals’ personal LinkedIn presence if requested

Who You Are

• 3+ years running social media or content for B2B financial services firms (private equity, private credit, hedge funds, asset managers) or law firms. This is a hard requirement. We will not teach you the industry.
• Strong writer who can match our voice: direct, substantive, no jargon, no hype.
• Analytic. Comfortable using engagement data to adjust strategy rather than relying on instinct.
• Self-directed. You will run this function with light oversight.

Bonus: prior work with a litigation finance firm, alternative credit fund, or specialty finance platform. Logistics

• Remote, US-based preferred for time zone overlap
• ~10–15 hours/month, with occasional flex for major announcements
• Compensation: $85–125/hour based on experience, or a fixed monthly retainer once scope is set
• Start: as soon as we identify the right person
