About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Frontline NOC Analyst (Fixed-term) to join our team in Lithuania to help ensure our services run smoothly 24/7. This role is ideal for those who enjoy structured tasks and a stable work environment while embracing a rotating shift schedule that covers days, evenings, and nights. The compensation package starts from 1400 to 1800 EUR (gross), depending on your experience. The role is a fixed-term parental leave substitute (June 2026 – May 2028). In This Role, You Will: Monitor IT services and systems. Provide first-line customer support for B2B clients. Create and manage support tickets. Perform database checks. Document and pass on relevant information to the next shift. Follow established processes to ensure service quality, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, raising observations, and helping drive operational excellence.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: Practical IT knowledge in areas like networking, cybersecurity, system monitoring or customer service. Good incident response sense and ability to act with urgency. Fluency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with our international team. Good communication, initiative skills and a customer-focused mindset. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Ability to multitask and adapt to changes. Confidence to speak up, share ideas, challenge the status quo constructively, and take ownership when opportunities for improvement arise. A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to motivate others through example and positively influence team performance.
