Fully-Remote Legal Assistant/Data Processor (US Business Hours)

About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, national professional services firm based in the United States. This is a fully remote, long-term position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and seeking stable, ongoing work with a well-established international employer.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and organizing administrative files
  • Accurately entering data into an internal case management system
  • Reviewing documents and identifying and removing duplicate pages
  • Downloading, naming, and managing electronic case files
  • Providing general administrative support (no client contact required)

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles
  • Strong English reading and writing skills
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work US business hours (night shift for candidates outside the US)
  • Immediately available with no notice period required
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
