The Opportunity This company is looking for a reliable, polished German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their customer care team — and they need someone who can hit the ground running. You'll be handling customer enquiries in German, resolving issues with care and professionalism, and helping ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand at its best. This is a role for someone who is not just comfortable in a customer-facing position, but who takes genuine pride in doing it well. Reliability and strong written German are non-negotiable. What You'll Be Doing Responding to customer enquiries via email and other written channels — professionally and promptly — in German Resolving issues, complaints, and questions with empathy and efficiency Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company's standards and brand voice Identifying recurring issues and flagging them to the broader team Keeping records accurate and up to date Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What We're Looking For
