Growth Marketing Manager / Fractional CMO for Agricultural Products

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager or Fractional Chief Marketing Officer to drive the growth of our agricultural business and plant sales company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the agricultural market, excellent strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record in scaling businesses. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and optimizing customer acquisition channels. If you have a passion for agriculture and a knack for innovative marketing, we want to hear from you! Our business already has an existing customer base and strong sales volume, but we feel we’ve hit a plateau and need an experienced marketing leader to help us grow revenue by an additional $1M–$2M+. This is NOT just a social media position. We are looking for someone strategic and execution-focused who can take ownership of our marketing and growth initiatives. What we need help with: - Email marketing campaigns - Customer reactivation campaigns - Increasing repeat business from existing clients - CRM and customer segmentation - Cold email outreach - Lead generation strategies - Outbound sales systems - Social media strategy and oversight - Content strategy - Potentially guiding us on hiring/managing videographers or content creators - Marketing analytics and ROI tracking - Building scalable systems that drive revenue growth We are open to ideas and are looking for someone who can come in, assess our business, and lead the strategy. Ideal candidate: - Proven track record scaling B2B companies - Experience with outbound marketing and email marketing - Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer retention - Data-driven and revenue-focused - Experience in agriculture, wholesale, landscaping, nursery, distribution, or related industries is a plus - Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Please include: 1.
