Guest Support Specialist

Role Overview Are you someone who enjoys assisting others, staying organized, and creating positive experiences? We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team as Guest Support Specialist. In this role, you'll help clients with travel-related questions, reservation assistance, and trip coordination while delivering exceptional service throughout their planning journey. No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and communication tools Reliable internet connection required Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
