As the company rapidly scales, accelerated by its strong product-market fit, we need to increase our ability to use AI within the business, so the time is right for an experienced Head of AI Enablement to join our newly formed Data Innovations Team. Your mission will be to define, lead, and operationalise the organisation’s AI strategy, ensuring AI is adopted responsibly, governed effectively, and embedded across internal operations to deliver measurable business and customer value in a regulated environment Your skills & qualifications We are looking for someone who can: Develop and own the organisation’s AI strategy and maturity roadmap Establish AI governance covering ethics, data privacy, GxP compliance, and risk management Lead evaluation and selection of AI tools, platforms, and partners Drive AI adoption through change management and literacy programmes Identify AI opportunities across internal operations and productivity Act as primary advisor to leadership on AI implications, opportunities, and risks Define standards for model quality, validation, monitoring, and explainability Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritise AI use cases. To be successful in this role, we require someone to have:

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience applying AI and ML technologies in production settings
  • Strong understanding of modern AI techniques (LLMs, generative AI, automation, classical ML)
  • Experience designing or leading digital transformation or AI adoption initiatives
  • Excellent communication and influencing
