Position Overview We're seeking a Healthcare Recruiter (Remote | Performance-Based) to support our recruiting team by generating qualified leads and scheduling candidate appointments. This is a remote, commission-based role focused on reputed company, not full-cycle recruiting. You'll serve as a first-reputed company connector, engaging reputed company, assessing their interest, and coordinating meetings with our recruiters. Compensation is entirely performance-based you'll be paid for the value you deliver, scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and successful placements. Key Responsibilities
