Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to drive referrals and repeat placements Stay actively engaged with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience Performance Expectations Minimum of 2 candidate submissions/presentations per day Minimum of 3 placements per month

Qualifications
