Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. Security and Access Control: Monitor access to the premises, ensuring the security and safety of our staff and visitors. Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring they reach the appropriate recipients in a timely manner. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
