About the position Health Link Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator to join our growing hospice team. Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual guidance and emotional support to patients and families of diverse backgrounds.
• Offer bereavement counseling to loved ones before and after a patient’s passing.
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary hospice team to deliver holistic care.
• Help individuals and families navigate grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions with compassion.

Requirements

• A degree or certification from an accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, MDiv, or equivalent) OR appropriate certification in hospital/pastoral ministry.
• Comfort working in an interfaith setting, providing care to individuals of all spiritual backgrounds.
• Knowledge of grief counseling, bereavement support, and hospice philosophy.
• A team-oriented mindset, ready to collaborate with medical and support staff.
