CL Schneider Mentoring exists for experienced professionals who recognize that sustainable success begins with internal clarity, self leadership and conscious ownership of one’s professional path. In collaboration with established international partners, we provide access to advanced leadership, personal growth and success education within an independent and expansion minded environment. Many of the professionals we connect with come from hospitality, tourism, retreat and high pressure leadership environments. They bring strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, resilience and leadership experience, and are now exploring how those strengths can evolve into a more flexible, meaningful and self directed professional future. What the Role Involves Your focus is on meaningful conversations with experienced professionals who are exploring new possibilities beyond traditional industry structures. You listen carefully, explore alignment and support individuals in gaining greater clarity about whether our mentoring environment and Life Design programmes could be aligned with their next chapter. How You Contribute

• Initiate authentic conversations with hospitality, tourism and retreat professionals exploring new possibilities
• Facilitate short discovery conversations around leadership, personal growth and professional transition
• Recognize alignment between individuals and our mentoring environment
• Support individuals as they explore more independent and flexible professional pathways
• Work independently while collaborating within an international leadership environment
• Continue your own growth through mentoring, training and self leadership education

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in hospitality, tourism, retreat, wellness or leadership environments
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional and self motivated mindset
• Interest in leadership, personal growth and self development
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Open to learning new systems and approaches
• English speaking

Due to the nature of our live events, mentoring environment and current expansion plans, applications from outside North America will not be considered.
