Hospitality Support Specialist

Role Summary We are seeking service-oriented and detail-driven individuals to join our team as Hospitality Support Specialists. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with travel research, coordinate reservations, and ensure every booking is accurate, organized, and tailored to client preferences. This position blends hospitality, customer service, and booking coordination in a structured remote environment. Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with detailed itinerary planning and coordination
  • Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
  • Provide accurate information and personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
  • Communicate professionally and clearly via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related concerns promptly
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation
  • Follow established procedures and service guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development
