Job Description: HR Executive (Work From Home) Location: Kolkata (Work From Home) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Home Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support recruitment and candidate management activities. The role involves working on candidate databases and recruitment data provided by the company, coordinating with prospective candidates, and ensuring smooth hiring processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with candidates in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Key Responsibilities

Work on candidate databases and recruitment data provided by the company. Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities. Prepare and update daily recruitment and activity reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Coordination preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and email communication. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Mandatory Requirements Personal Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection. Comfortable working from home on a full-time basis. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Desired Candidate Profile Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
