About the opportunity SWCA seeks Human Resources (HR) Technical Advisor to support the evolving needs of SWCA HR leadership team, its strategic initiatives, and overall HR activities. The selected individual will have a strong understanding of SWCA, its matrix organization, its Corporate Culture, and how to lead and mentor HR teams and staff. This is a half-time (20 hours/week), hourly, temporary position reporting into SWCA’s Chief People Officer (CPO).
